"Indigo Wreath" was a student at Canterlot High who was the owner, or at least the one who walked a blue dog. He was the first human Twilight Sparkle witnessed upon entering the strange new world. He appeared to be an easy going guy, not really weirded out by Twilight's antics. He attended the battle of the bands as an audience member and was under The Dazzlings curse.
He may have been the son of Caesar
History
Indigo was an athlete who played in various school sporting events, such as a tennis, soccer and finally golf game against Crystal Prep Academy alongside Mystery Mint and Cloudy Kicks - all of which he lost.[1]
He was the first students who saw Twilight Sparkle when she first entered the human world, though he just shrugged when he noticed how weird she was acting.[2]
When Sunset Shimmer tripped on his dog leash, Indigo helped her up and made sure his umbrella was over her.[3]
He is a member of the Art club and painted abstract paintings.[4]
Personal life
He and his presumed dad often walked their dog, but they were rarely seen together. Wreath was an artistic student with skills at singing, acting and painting. His father was a gamer, and seemed to be a huge fan of the Tirek series of video games, though Indigo himself didn't seem to be into video games.
Personality
Indigo has been shown to be very kind, friendly and easy-going. He helped Sunset Shimmer up when she fell and offered her room under his umbrella and supported Aqua Blossom when she was hurt during the Midnight Sparkle incident. He tends to be relaxed, rarely getting caught up in the antics of the school and tries to help others. He appears to be close with his dog, whom he walks to school.
Relationships
Caesar
He was never seen interacting with Caesar, who may be his father or at least an older relative given their interactions with the same dog and incredibly similar appearance. Caesar appeared to be a jovial man, so they may have been on good terms.
Mystery Mint and Tennis Match
Indigo played in various sports events with Mystery Mint and Tennis Match, but their relationship beyond that was unclear.

Naming
The closest thing to an actual name Indigo has ever been referred to as was "two-legged creature" by Spike. On r/listofponies, it was decided his name would be listed as "Indigo Wreath", though other suggestions included Roman and Ivy League.
