Sunflower was the older sister of Babs.
History
Sunflower was a student at Canterlot High School, where she acted as a bully, particularly against Fluttershy and tended to put Applejack down for not being a "Canterlot girl", telling her she needed to update herself. Although she loved her chihuahua, she mistreated it out ignorance, constantly putting it in high locations like her bag without care, when Fluttershy kept trying to warn her against that, she either ignored her or considered her advice "unnecessary".
Despite this, when her chihuahua was experencing health issues, she rushed the pet to the Animal Clinic, where Fluttershy treated it. About a year later, Fluttershy said the whole experience taught her that everyone deserved kindness, even if they were bullies.[1]
sometime later, she left a mean comment on a status update for one of the Equestria Girls.[2]
Relationships
She seemed close with her sister, Babs, who stood by her side when she rushed her dog to the Animal Clinic. She was also noticeably kinder with Applejack than she was other students, showing she may have cared for her cousin, even if she still ultimately treated her badly. She had a minor friendship with Rarity, as she was who she considered a Canterlot Girl.

Babs Seed referenced her sister, which was possibly Sunflower. If this were true, then she lived at 0526, Farrier Hill in Manehattan with her little sister and their parents.[3] For unknown reasons, she was in Ponyville with her sister during the Apple Attack[4] and also attended Apple Con 45[5]
