Velvet Sky is a student at Canterlot High School and member of the Canterlot High School news crew, alongside Scribble Dee and Bright Idea.
History
She was very intelligent, tactical and a skilled chess player. Her game against Varsity Trim was such a big deal that the CHS Cheer Leaders, Wondertones and several students all appeared to cheer her on. When she defeated the Crystal Prep Academy student, the crowd exploded in cheers and carried her off, as if it was a major sporting event.[1]
Velvet Sky was the audio personnel for Canterlot High School news and helped record the audio for Weather in a Flash and Weather Forecasts by Flash Sentry and Rarity respectively.[2]
