Apple Bloom was the younger sister of Applejack and Big McIntosh, granddaughter of Granny Smith and cousin of Babs. She attended Canterlot High School as a Freshman and was best friends with Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo and was generally good friends with Sunset Shimmer. She was the perpetrator of the Anon-a-Miss incident, though felt guilty over all the pain it caused and tearfully apologized when it was all said in done. Afterwards, she only grew closer to Sunset and the other girls, accepting them to be like family to her.
