A Day in the Life of Equestria volume 1

A Day in the Life of Equestria volume 1 is the first volume of the manga series, My Little Pony: The Manga by Seven Seas. It will be succeeded by A Day in the Life of Equestria volume 2

Description

The first volume contains 8 stories taking place in its own continuity. All stories are largely unconnected from one another, but contains light elements of continuity one each other.

Original characters, places and things

The manga introduces a handful of original characters, but the only noteworthy addition is Star Dancer, a pony whom everyone believes is an alien, but is actually a time-traveler. Theirs some ambiguity on whether or not Star Dancer is actually a kindhearted pony or somewhat darker, though she appears to be friendly and kind.

As for places, the first chapter introduces several new dimensions and the last chapter takes place in Ponyville-cho High School in the town of Ponyville-cho. A few businesses are also introduced, such as Ponyville Theater and Ponyville Arcade. A time machine called the M.U.F.F.I.N. is also a major plot element in the earlier chapters.
