Dr. Hooves is a suave, scientist from another dimension where he and his ever faithful companion, Derpy team up to save the day. He operated the M.U.F.F.I.N.
History
Spike came across him while he was looking throughout the multiverse for Pinkie Pie. When he learned of the dragons problem, he and his companion did not hesitate to help him find his friend. Not only did they help, but they found her within minutes at most, but not before the Doctor almost got eaten by Zombie Fluttershy. After returning her to her world, he and his companion returned all the other Pinkie's to their home worlds. Soon, his other incarnation greeted him and offered to travel with him, but the Doctor refused, as his timeline had enough damage done to it as is.[1]
Later, his companion spotted a Claw Game on the moon, but he though she just saw a smudge on her telescope.[2]
