This bartender, only referred to as Juice Jockey, was a imaginary figure appearing in Rarity's imagination. He was the bartender of an unknown bar and stayed calm and collected even when his customers all fled. When Rarity and Rainbow Dash questioned him about the underground tunnels under Canterlot Castle, he told them they were all sealed off, though the two weren't buying it and demanded to know if a secret entrance.
Behind the scenes
In the credits, he was credited as "Server Pony" and was voiced by Brian Drummond. He appeared in the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic episode, "Sparkle's Seven".
