Kira Buckland, also known as Rina-chan is an American voice actress and cosplayer from Anchorage, Alaska. They appeared in the fan parody PONY.MOV as Twilight Sparkle and reprised their role in My Little Pony: Power Ponies. In the same piece of software, they portrayed Spike.
