Kira Buckland, also known as Rina-chan is an American voice actress and cosplayer from Anchorage, Alaska. They appeared in the fan parody PONY.MOV as Twilight Sparkle and reprised their role in My Little Pony: Power Ponies. In the same piece of software, they portrayed Spike.
History[edit]
Buckland began acting in 2004 for radio dramas and video games, though was perhaps best known for their work in various Newgrouds flash animations and games in their early days. They founded Senshi-con, the first anime convention in Alaska. In 2007, they won the Anime Expo Idol Voice Acting competition, as well as the Sakura-Con 2007 animated voice acting awards.

- According to their Twitter bio, Kira Buckland identifies with she/they pronouns, likely meaning they're a 'demigirl', an individual who was assigned female at birth, but doesn't fully identify with the gender. In the same bio, they describe themselve with feminine terms such as "queen" and "mom, so for the sake of this article, we're using the they- pronoun, but feminine titles such as 'actress'.
