Scott McNeil (September 15, 1962) is an Australian-born Canadian actor who lives in Vancouver, Canada.
McNeil is a very prolific actor whose appeared in anime, cartoons, video games and live-action films and a resume that spans from the late 1980s to today, with work from Warhammer 40,000 to My Little Pony, Barbie to Dragon Ball Z, and well, seemingly anything you can think of. He's played several iconic characters such as Cobra Commander, Piccolo, Foghorn Leghorn, Fuzzy Lumpkins, Jetfire, Dr. Wily and Shere Khan and according to Wikipedia, he's credited as "basically everyone" in Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War – Soulstorm (seriously).

- Like Richard Ian Cox, he was in Ranma 1/2 and InuYasha, portraying Kuno and Koga respectively.
- He was also in the Ocean dub of Dragon Ball Z, like Tony Sampson, Terry Klassen and Brian Drummond, where he portrayed Piccolo.
