Lee Tockar (February 11, 1969) is a Canadian voice actor, artist and writer from Kelowna. Lee Tockar, perhaps unspurisingly, was the voice for Bling Bling Boy on Johnny Test, but has also provided the voices for Darth Maul in LEGO Star Wars works, Frieza in Dragon Ball Kai, Abyo, Tobe, Dada and Bruce on Pucca, Higsby and Woodman in Megaman NT Warrior, French Twist, El Loco Mosquito and Private Reinhardt in Mucha Lucha and Vile in the Megaman cartoon.
