Rhona Rees (January 1, 1984) is an Australian actress, voice actress, writer, producer, director and coach from Melbourne, Victoria. Rees began acting when she was only 11 years old, with her first major work being Rainbow's End in 1995. She is perhaps best known for the 2020 short film, FRREYA, a politically charged work that received a free release in 2022 in regards to Roe v. Wade.[1]
Rees began her work with My Little Pony in 2016 when she portrayed Vapor Trail, and would re-appear in 2017, 2018 and 2019 in various productions, most notably portraying Rolling Thunder, a character who she described as a 'tough Aussie Pegasis!'[2]
Rees' final major role in My Little Pony media so was that of Torque Wrench in My Little Pony: Rainbow Roadtrip. She would also feature her voice work for My Little Pony in her 'sizzle reel'.[3]
