Jim Byrnes is an American-Canadian actor who has been acting since 1966. Brines was struck by a ar in 1972, causing his legs to be amputated, but continued acting. Brynes appeared in several Highlander productions, including the anime series and appeared in Transformers media, such as Beast Wars and other Hasbro media such as G.I. Joe. Aside from acting, Brynes is also an award-winning singer who won Best Male Vocalist during the 2006 Maple Blues Awards.
In My Little Pony, he portrayed Gladwell.
