Tilo Schmitz (born 1959) is a German voice actor who lent his voice to many animated series and portrayed Bulkhead in Transformers: Animated, Keramon in Digimon: Our War Game, Daisuke Jigen in Lupin III and many other. In the German dub of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, he played Garble and Tirek.
