Madoka Shiga (July 4, 1975) is a Japanese voice actor from the Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. His most prolific role appears to be that of Tokifusa in the Utawarerumono series. In My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, he's played a number of minor male characters.
