Capper's Safehouse, also known as Capper's Manor and Capper's Hideout was a windmill-turned-residency that Capper and Chummer lived in.

History

After the Storm King had defeated Captain Celeano's crew in a skirmish, Capper and Chummer who had been aboard the Knife's Edge fled into the Bonedry Desert below and eventually came across Klugetown. It didn't take the two long to settle in what would later become their safehouse After Chummer betrayed Capper, Capper lived alone until the Mane Six eventually entered Klugetown.

Capper took the team into his house in an attempt to trap them so he could sell them to Verko, but ultimately had a change of heart, but they escaped before he could show them.

In My Little Pony: Magic Princess, Capper's Safehouse serves as the residence of Capper and Chummer.
