This Royal Guard was the superior of Flash Sentry and seemed to be the head of the 12th Precinct. He was a very good-natured, friendly and humble pony, who saved up his modest living in order to eat treats. He acted very fatherly towards Flash Sentry, teasing him, but in a friendly way and lightly made fun of an incident involving him and an Opossum at the Everfree Forest.
