Mane Allgood is Scootaloo's Pegasus mother.
Behind the scenes
The nature of Scootaloo's parents have been a point of discussion within the Friendship is Magic fanbase. They've mysteriously been absent throughout most My Little Pony material, even when Scootaloo goes abroad to other cities and locations, she's never seen with any relatives to speak of. This, along with how her house looks oddly like a building rather than a proper residence has lead fansto believe that Scootaloo was an orphan.
However, she is not. Her parents were briefly mentioned in Ponyville Mysteries: Riddle of the Rusty Horseshoe and were described as busy ponies who weren't very interested in Scootaloo's life. She didn't seem think highly of them, and much preferred the company of her aunts instead, Holiday and Lofty.
