Fluttershy in the Sombraverse timeline was a member of the Equestrian Resistance. She presumably moved to Manehattan where she became a shearer, shearing sheep so their wool could be used to produce Equestrian Resistance uniforms.
Shearing sheep wasn't as fun as she dreamed it to be.[1]
