Filika was a potentially fictitious region located somewhere in Equestria.
Swift Foot, masking her true origin, claimed she was from the region of Filika when she enrolled into the School of Friendship.
Etymology
"Filika" is the Greek word for "Friendly", which plays into the Mediterranean and Steppe theme of Thrace.
