This convention hall was the place where the Equestrian Geological and Gemolgical convention was held.
History
The hall was built in some major city, though which was never specified. Given how Chief Stablemaker, a member of the Manehattan Police Department was there in full uniform, it may have been there. If that's true, then it's one of the two known convention halls in the city, next to the Convention Hall. Otherwise, not much is known of the building other than it hosted the Equestrian Geological and Gemolgical convention.
