Bridle of Frankenstag

The "Bridle of Frankenstein" was a fictional character featured in The Bridle of Frankenstag, a play sequel to Frankenstag by Marey Spelley.
Her appearance and role is unknown, but Twilight Sparkle cosplayed as her as she and her friends went to see the film. She appears to have oversized, bun-like hair, large enough for Spike to fit within. She may have been a love-interest of sorts for Frankenstag's monster, though the relationship dynamic is unclear.
