Richard Ian Cox (October 3, 1973) is a voice actor from Wales, United Kingdom. Some of his noteworthy roles include InuYasha from the InuYasha franchise, Goku in the Ocean Dub of Dragon Ball Kai, Quicksilver in X-Men Evolution and Ranma Saotome in Ramna 1/2.
