The Everfree Forest is a large and famous forest in Equestria, near the city of Canterlot and possibly "Alumni Town".

History

The earliest known activity in the forest may have happened several decades prior to Twilight Sparkle leaving Crystal Prep Academy for Canterlot High School. Old Spice and his wife, Dove discovered the Everfree River and began to build a cabin around the river. They may have hired two carpenters, "Lawrence" and "Barney" to help, however, as they appeared in a highly fictitious version of the story, it was possible they never existed. In fact, Old Spice, Dove and the entrie reason the camp was constructed may have been not true as well.
