Victoria is probably the mother of Lily Pad and Water Lily.

History

She and her daughter Lily Pad visited the Canterlot planetarium the same time Twilight Sparkle and Timber Spruce visited. She seems to be close with her daughter, as the two were both happy together.

She may have an older relative, as a worker at the planetarium had the same skin tone, eye color and graying purple hair.

Victoria attended the Lux Deluxe and generally had a good time, until her and her family nearly died in the ensuing shipwreck. Thankfully, her and her daughters (and her daughters stuffed animals!) were all intact.
