Texting
Texting is a branch of Human youth-culture in which two or more individuals send each other messages of texts, hence "texting" across cell phones. The process is similar to mailing and postage though more fit for the digital age.
Though a useful tool in communcating, texting has proven difficult for more out-of-touch people, such as Twilight Sparkle to understand, given the almost random usage of symbols ("Emoticons") that resemble hieroglyphic symbols. Some indivuals, such as Sunset Shimmer and Rarity can read just about any text and consider themselves "translators" of the craft.[1]
