Celestia and Luna's father
This man was the father of Celestia and Luna. He presumably raised his two daughters in Canterlot, Equestria. After the Canterlot Gazette published a false article spreading misinformation about Canterlot High School, he suggested his daughters call up the paper and tell the journalist about the mistake.
