Amusement park

An amusement park was a type of establishment and business where people would pay to see and do all sorts of things, such as ride on rides, eat exotic and probably overpriced food and in some cases, encourage the absolute destruction of of a forest-based kingdom.

In Generation 1 stories, amusement parks were rare sites, though the evil witch Somnambula created an illusionary one to trap the ponies of Paradise Estate. In Generation 4 stories, amusement parks became more commonplace with places like the evil Fun Fun Land, presumably less evil Whinnyland and Equestria Land.
