Sword

A sword is a type of weapon, often made of a type of metal posed on a hilt of some kind, typically made of wood or other solid elements, though spear-like swords have been known to be used throughout Northern Equestria. Swords are commonly associated with Pirates and Knights with various pirates such as Hoofbeard and Captain Celaeno sporting their own blades and knights such as King Shining Armor wielding a large blade himself.
History
My Little Pony n' Friends
Swords were primarily the weapons of humans and other humanoid beings. Many princes, most notably Prince Philip used swords in their battles.
