Sunset Shimmer's house

The house that Sunset Shimmer lives in is a small, two story brick house located in an urban neighborhood. The inside of her house seems spacious enough, with her having a large bedroom and bathroom to herself. Given Sunsets statements during Christmas, it may be the case that she lives alone, as she has no family and no known roommates.[1]
It appears to be on the side of town from Twilight Sparkle's house.[2]
