Stratus Skyranger
Stratus Skyranger is a resident of Klugetown and probably a member of either it, or Mount Aris's military/Hippogriff Royal Guards. He apparently "lives" in the Hippogriff Barracks. He is apparently quite the charmer with bright gold armor and pink feathers.
Behind the scenes
Stratus Skyranger marks a very close resemblance to Cobalt Cloudhunter, with an almost identical design (down to the eye color) and similar characterization. However, Skyranger has a much brighter color scheme.
