Shiei
Shiei, also known as Nekoshiei, is an American manga artist and illustrator. She has been professionally active since at least 2005, being the artist for Amazing Agent Luna, which lasted for 11 volumes, ending in 2015.[1] She became active with the My Little Pony franchise in 2019, being the artist for My Little Pony: The Manga (written by David Lumsdon), which lasted for three volumes before ending in 2021. Shiei also drew the art for Papercraft – The Mane 6 & Friends.
