Roger C. Carmel
Roger C. Carmel (September 27, 1932 - November 11, 1986) was an American actor of stage, television, films and voice-over. Carmel was mostly known for his multitude of guest appearances across television sitcoms and appearances on Broadway, and in his final years, as a voice actor on many animated features.

He was a credited voice actor on The Glo Friends, typically being identified as the voice of Starnose and Old Moldly respectively. In addition to his Glo Friends roles, Carmel was also known as the voice for various Transformers characters.[1]
