Bell in 2015

Michael Bell (July 30, 1938) is an American actor, voice actor, voice director and animal rights activist, with a varied filmography portraying characters such as Chaz Finster from The Rugrats to Guts from Berserk. Bell has appeared in a few Hasbro cartoons, portraying several Transformers characters and Duke from G.I. Joe, as well as other major series like Scooby-Doo and Star Wars.

Bell also appeared in live-action roles, such as "Zorn" from Star Trek.

In My Little Pony, he portrayed Grogar, king of Tambelon, as well as Grundle in My Little Pony: The Movie.
