Jennifer L. Meyer is an illustrator whose worked for Disney, IDW, Wizards of the Coast, Dark Horse, and far more. She began her work for My Little Pony in October 2014 when she illustrated a variant cover to Friendship is Magic #24. She would go on to illustrate various cover variants, most notably the covers to the Convocation of the Creatures arc (Friendship is Magic #61-62) and in 2019, would draw the Twilight Sparkle card for Ponies: The Galloping.
Needless to say, her art is awesome!
