Andrew was the former suitor of Arial.
History
He, along with Ferdinand were cursed by Arial's father to become her eternal guardians in Cloud Castle. There, he became Undine and fought to protect the castle and Arial, but as Undine, he was stupid and violent and turned against his fellow guardian, Salamander.
After the curse was lifted, Andrew returned to his normal self. Unlike Garth, Andrew seemed to be more reasonable, even though he seemed to love Arial, he respected that she didn't love him back and instead remained good friends with her.
