Accord is an alternate form taken on by Discord when he used his own magic and that of the Cosmic Conjunction to transform himself into a being of pure order. Unfortunately, while Accord lacked Discord's off-putting tendency towards mischief, he proved to be a threat to Equestria even greater than that of the unreformed Discord.
