Skittish, excitable and always looking for new ways to sell her products, Daisy is one of the more iconic residents of Ponyville, Equestria, given her big personality and for always being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Still, she has a heart of gold and a close network of friends assure that she's always getting back on her hooves, no matter what has frightened her.

Naming

Almost from the get-go, Daisy was given two different official names, neither of which have said in the show. The name 'Daisy' however does appear in the credit sequences to the episodes "Slice of Life" and "It Isn't The Mane Thing About You", and is also her given name in My Little Pony: Magic Princess and various trading cards. Daisy is also the name of a minor character appearing in My Little Pony Tales.

Her other official name, Flower Wishes, is the name of a minor Generation 3 character known for her love of bunnies. The name appeared in early merchandise releases, most notably on the character cards in the Blind Bags series of toys.
