She grew annoyed at the {{IDW|[[Mane Six}}]] and [[Crystal Empire royal family]] eating at her restaurant.<ref>{{C|FIM|11}}</ref>

Tealove attended the [[Summer Wrap Up Festival and Hoedown]], there, she fell in love with {{IDWFIM|Big McIntosh}}, picturing the two going on wild adventures together as secret agents hired by {{IDWFIM|Princess Celestia}} herself, and eventually grew old together. She developed a rivalry with {{IDW[[Fleetfoot (pegasus)|Fleetfoot}}]] who had also developed feelings for Big Mac.<ref>{{C|FIM|10}}</ref>
