Capper was an orphan, presumably without a house, as he grew up in [[Panthera]], the capital city of [[Abyssinia]]. Growing up, Capper would routinely steal from markets and booths with his best friend at the time, [[Chummer]]. The two would go on a variety of adventures with one another and seemed inseparable. Over time, it was revealed that Capper had a much stronger moral compass that Chummer, but this never seemed to come up in their days together.
