"Pennywise" was a clown who helped protect the Changeling Kingdom from intruders. He referred to Fluttershy as "Georgie".

Behind the scenes
"Pennywise" is obviously based off "It", also known as "Pennywise the Clown" or "Pennywise the Dancing Clown" from the Stephen King novel It. The design itself is based off the 1990 mini-series adaptation of It, which remains the most iconic portrayal of the being to date.
