History
Jim the Cave Troll had a toy of Optimus Prime.[1]
In the Mirror universe, Katie Cook wrote of a Flea Market that sold an Optimus Prime doll.[2]
A pony dressed up as Optimus Prime on Nightmare Night.[3]
He held Pinkie Pie once.[4]
He got into a battle with Megatron over the Matrix of Leadership, but was helped out by Twilight Sparkle, Rarity and Pinkie Pie using a NERF gun.
Behind the scenes
Optimus Prime is from the Transformers series, which is often regarded as the male equivalent to My Little Pony and its most closely linked series. It is apart of the Hasbro Universe, a large shared-universe between several Hasbro IDW works, which My Little Pony is officially not apart of, but has appeared in a few Hasbro Universe works, including Transformers.
