Officer Fluffles, known better as her secret identity Rough Diamond was a notorious thief who stole various jewels throughout Equestria.

History

Rough Diamond was a notorious thief wanted throughout all of Equestria for her thieving ways. During one such theft, she stole the Ostlerheimer Diamond and pinned it under the reformed baddie Trixie Lulamoon, tricking the Manehattan Police Department into thinking she was the true culprit. During her stay as "Fluffles", she posed as a police officer and was noticeably more aggressive than her college, Officer Trotter. At Carneighie Hall, she was apart of an investigation of the diamond but Trixie and her friends took haste and ran away to the F Train. After hitching a ride on 0526, Trixie and co managed to slip away from Fluffles.

Fluffles and the other officers staked out the Manehattan Museum of Art to catch Trixie but Babs Seed managed to prove that Fluffles was the true thief. Without hesitation, Trotter and the other officers arrested Fluffles on the spot and let Trixie go.
