Michael Pan (October 18, 1952) is a German voice actor born in Spain. Some of his notable roles include Mojo Jojo from the Powerpuff Girls, Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory, Gregory in Dragon Ball Z, Fred Jones sr in Scooby-Doo: Mystery Inc and Pops from Regular Show.
