"Makoto Kino" was a pink-coated unicorn pony who lives, or visited Ponyville.
History
On the day of the Invasion of Ponyville, she was seen enjoying food with Usagi Tsukino.[1]
Like Usagi Tsukino, she seems to be a cultural figure in Equestria, only to a lesser extent.
Behind the scenes
She is based off of Sailor Jupiter of the Sailor Senshi. She first appeaered in the semi-canon story Nightmare Rarity - Chapter 1 side-by-side Usagi herself.
