"Usagi Tsukino" is an Pegasus Pony who lives in, or visited, Ponyville on the day of the night of the Invasion of Ponyville.[1] She seems to be popular in Equestria, as ponies have dressed like her on Nightmare Night[2] and Fluttersy even has even drawn artwork of her.[3]
History
Usagi appears to be a cultural figure as others have dressed like her on Nightmare Night.[2] and draw artwork of her.[3]
She was seen with "Makoto Kino" on the day of the night of the Invasion of Ponyville. It's unknown if she participated in the battle.[1]

Behind the scenes
She is based off of Usagi Tsukino from the iconic anime series Sailor Moon. She appeared along side Makoto Kino, a pony based of of Sailor Jupiter.
She first appeared in the semi-canon story story, Nightmare Rarity as a background character.
