MC Decks Effects, or Micro Chips Decks Effects is the musician persona of Micro Chips.
History
He is apparently quite famous, famous enough to have his own merchandise line and biographic's made of him. He played for a concert at Starswirl Music Festival to a sizable crowd. Twilight Sparkle thought she was his biggest fan, but believed him to be a girl rather than a guy.
