Debora Magnaghi (June 17, 1970) is an Italian voice actress from Milan, Lombardy whose mostly notable for doing countless anime roles, such as Momoka in Sgt. Frog, Android #18 and Upa in the Dragon Ball franchise, Tea Gardner in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Ran in Cased Closed, Sylphiel Nels Lahda in The Slayers, Sailor Mercury in Sailor Moon, Casidy in Pokemon, Shizune in Naruto, Nadia in Nadia: The Secret of the Blue Water and Belldandy in the Ahh, My Goddess! series.
