Alice Playten (née Plotkin; August 28, 1947 – June 25, 2011) was an American actress of stage and television. Known for her child-like voice, Playten appeared in a variety of productions as a variety of roles, sometimes portraying children, monsters or in our case, ponies. After career that spanned five decades and getting nominated several awards, Payten would unfortunately pass away at the age of 63.
