Alessio Cavatore is an Italian game designer born on February 1, 1972. Born in Turin, Italy in 1972, Alessio later moved to the United Kingdom in 1995 to work for Games Workshop. Alessio wrote for several Warhammer Fantasy Battles and later did work for Lord of the Rings: Strategy Battle Game. In 2006, he did wrote a new ruleset for Warhammer. Working with Rick Priestley, Alessio worked for Game's Workshop Hobby Wargames series.
